Tier #1

  • You complete the Property Information Packet—including all photos—and we process all the information.
  • A 30-minute phone/Zoom listing consultation is booked with our broker to review the marketing strategy and all listing information. This information is then activated live on the MLS, featured on our website, and distributed to other advertising sites included in the marketing distribution.
  • Your property remains live until it sells—or for 300 days, whichever occurs first.

 

Pricing: $900 (relative to the industry average commission of 5%)

Tier #2

Everything in Tier #1 is included in Tier #2, plus:

  • You will receive a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) during the initial meeting and before listing the property for sale. All information is reviewed to ensure your property is priced accurately for the market.
  • You will also receive our Buyers & Sellers Purchase Forms Packet, containing all necessary agreements for submitting an offer.
  • We will schedule professional photos—within your budget—to capture your property.
  • A Point House Real Estate LLC sign is provided, with a blank rider for you to post your contact information directly on the sign.

Pricing: $1,200 (relative to the industry average commission of 5%)

Our "White Glove" listing service—Suited for builders and developers managing multiple projects—includes all services in Tier #1 and #2, plus:

  • We handle all calls from buyers and qualify them prior to scheduling a showing with you.
  • We schedule and pay for professional photography services.
  • When you receive an offer, we analyze it and assist in negotiations.
  • You will receive 24/7 support and weekly marketing meetings. These meetings are designed to analyze market conditions, review offers, forecast potential shifts in the housing market, and adjust the overall marketing strategy.
  • A Point House Real Estate sign rider—with our phone number—is provided, ensuring we handle all inquiries on your behalf.
